Community Visits

Billiyo can allow caregivers to work visits outside of the home so the caregiver's location will not be at the client's address. We call these community visits. 

To enable community visits the agency will activate this option in the client caregiver page.

To navigate to the page, head on over to CRM.

These options are available in Add Client Caregiver and View Client Caregiver. 

This option is not available for the electronic visit verification setting  of No EVV.

Once you choose the electronic visit verification of:

  • Enable EVV

  • Enable EVV and Geo Tracking

  • Clock in-out no EVV

The community visit check box will appear.

Once enabled don't forget to click .

If enabled for you, you will see this option in clock in and clock out. 

If you are not seeing this option you my want to  ask if you are allowed to work community visits. Please reach out to your administrator.
