# Clinical Dashboard
## Billiyo Clinical Dashboard is for Skilled agencies to Perform and Monitor the Progress of Tasks that are needed to remain in Compliance. The Dashboard Also offers insight to Quality measures.
Keeping Track of Outstanding 485's, Recertifications and NOA Submissions is a lot to remember.
These are Just a few Items that can be managed through the Clinical Dashboard.
**Navigation**: Head on over to the Dashboards Tab.
Dashboards \> Clinical Dashboard
Billiyo has Several Dashboards and you as a user can have one as your Billiyo Landing Page.
To set up a Dashboard as a Landing Page, please contact your Billiyo CSM.
In the Upper Right Hand Side of the Screen, you can **Filter** the Data Displayed by Date Range
**Recertifications:**
By **Clicking** in any of the Boxes that you need to Monitor, Such as **Recertifications**, you will get a Pop up with the details included in the subject chosen and Also be able to Print a Report or Save it as a PDF. Please keep in mind that this Recertification pop up will only show clients with the "Active" or "On-hold" Status.

**Plan of Care Orders:**
Need to start Calling Doctors to Get those **Orders** back signed?
Click on the **Plan Of Care Orders** and You will see the **Orders** that were sent and also see the ones that were Received back to Billiyo from the Physician and signed by the Physician.
Any **Order** in the Draft Status, means that it has not been sent to the Doctor.
For here you can also Update the status of the **Orders.**
Just **Click** on the **Gear Icon** to open the List of **Actions. **

Monitor your Patient for Quality Out Comes By identifying those at Risk:
**Fall risk / Hospitalization score:**
This Data is driven from Patient Assessments. Based on the answers that a Clinician Chose when assessing the Patient, the data will appear here.
**NOA:**
To View a list of the **NOA's Due** and **Past Due, Click** on the **Blue Numbers** above each set of **NOA's Due** and **Past Due. **

**OASIS:**
Here you can **View OASIS: Pending Export, OASIS Accepted **and **OASIS Rejected. **
You can also **Download** the **HTML File** for **Upload** to **iQUIES. **
You can **Change the submission Status** and **Upload Validation Reports** Right from the **Dashboard. **
**Click** on the **Blue Numbers** above each set of: **Pending Export, Accepted and Rejected** to View the List of **OASIS** for each description.

To **Download** the **HTML File, Click** on the **Download Icon. **
To View the **Clinical Assessment, Click** on the **PDF Icon. **
To Update the **Submission Status** and **Upload a Validation Report, Click** on the **Submission Status. **

**QI:**
The **Quality** **Improvement **Table will Show the Assessments and the Status of the Assessment.
You also have the ability to see which patient's have been **Hospitalized** and which patient's have **Abnormal Vitals.**
By Clicking on any Assessment Status you will be taken to the View Assessment Data Page:

**Assessments:**
At the Bottom of the Dashboard you will see two Tabs: **Clinical Assessments** and **Clinical Forms.**
Here you have the Option To **View Clinical Assessment** and **View the Attachment**.
**View the Clinical Assessment** will take you to the View Forms Page where you can Edit or Audit the Assessment.
**View The Attachment** will Open the PDF of the Assessment and you can Save the PDF, or Print it.
The **Clinical Forms Tab **is where **Supervisory Visits** and **Caregiver Evaluations** Live.
These have the same Options as the Assessments.
