Client Services Tracking by Procedure Code

A client may have multiple intake, Start of Care and discharge dates based on services that thy are receiving. In Billiyo you can track this. 

A client may have PCA to begin with and later In home support gets added to the service agreement. 

In  Billiyo we can add each service line to the client, including intake date, Start of care date and discharge date. 

To track this head on over to the client profile and click on the services tab at the bottom of the client profile. 

To get to the client profile, head on over to CRM>Client>View Clients. 

Once you have found the client you are looking for click on the .

Now choose

This will take you to the client profile. 

Go to the bottom and click on the tab, 

To add a new service line click on the

A Pop up will appear. 

Complete each Field and click .

Make sure to choose the correct status from the drop down. By default the status will be active.

Once you have added all of the services you can edit them.

If you made a mistake and added a service in error click on the  to delete it. 

Once you are ready to discharge a service line come back tot he Client Profile>Services Tab and click on the

Now you will see a pop up where you can change the service line status to discharged. 

Once you have changed the status to Discharged a field will open for you to enter the discharged date. 

Don't forget to click on to save the changes. 

The information entered in the Services Tab is fed into the Dynamic Report "KPI Report". 

This report can be found in Dynamic Reports under the Schedule Category. 

To fully Discharge the client from the agency, use the field in the Edit Client Info button and change the status to Discharged, you will then enter a date into the field " Date Discharged from Agency".
