Client Notes within the Clinical and Caregiver application

There are times when we need to document Client Notes, maybe it's a Gate code, Client Preference or Update on a Client's Health Status. In Billiyo, these are called Client Notes.

Client Notes are easy to access and help us stay on top of Communication about our Patients. 

In Billiyo these Notes become a part of a Patient Chart. 

To Leave a Note Head on over to one of our Billiyo Applications.
    • All Notes remain Part of the Client Record in the Back Office.
    • All Notes can be Seen in PDF format and are available to print or send to a third party if needed.
    • Client Notes that can be seen by others in Clinical App:
      • Notes for Other Caregivers
      • Caregiver Note
      • Patient Chart Note
    • Client Notes that can be seen by others in the Caregiver App:
      • Notes for Other Caregivers
      • Caregiver Note

Once a note is added by the Back Office an App user will get a Push Notification and a Notification in the Notification Page in the More Tab. 

The user can Click on the Notification to be taken to the Patient Chart to View the Note. 

To Add a Note in the App, Head on over to the Patient Tab in the Application. 

Here you can View and Add Notes, to View a Note Simply Tap on it. 

A Pop Up will open to View the Note in its entirety. 

Click OK to Go Back. 

To Add a Note, Click the Blue Plus Sign at the Bottom Right of the Page. 

Here you will choose your Note Type, Type your Note and you can even add an attachment to the Note. (Attachments are optional)

Once you are Satisfied with the Note, Click the White Check Mark at the Top Right of the Page.    

                            Once an Application User has added a Note via the App, the Back Office can receive Task Notifications.
