Client Documents on the Clinical Application

Rather it's an Intake Form, Advanced Beneficiary Notice or 245D document Billiyo has the ability to complete these documents in the patient home with them and their representatives.

A Document can either be added by the back office for completion on the app, or added by the Qualified Professional Themselves. 

To View and Add these Documents head on over to the Billiyo Clinical application and go to the Documents Tab at the bottom of the Page. 

Incomplete Documents will appear here with a Red X and Exclamation Mark.

If a Document was added in error, simply Click the Red X to Delete it.

The Red Exclamation Mark indicates this Document is Incomplete. 

To Complete the Document, simply Tap on it. 

It will open for Completion. 

Make sure the Auto Save Toggle is set to on to Save your work.

Within the Document you will See Three Icons in the Top Right.

We offer a Copy Feature.

To Copy a document for a client that has been completed before, click on the Copy Icon. 

Once you are ready to View and or Print the Document, Click the Eyeball Icon.

Here You Can Print. 

To Close this View, Click on the Go Back Button or Arrow. 

Once Back in the Document, if you are fully Satisfied with Completion, Click the White Check Mark to Sync the Completed Document to the Back Office. 

You will get a Success message when the Document is Saved and Synced. 

And will be redirected to the View Document Feature where you have the option to Print. 

Once a Document has been Marked For Completion, it is no longer appearing with a Rex X or Red Exclamation and can no longer be deleted on the app. 

It now appears with a Green Check Mark. 

To Add a New Document, Click on the Plus Plus Sign.

To Filter the Documents by Patient and Date Range Click on the 3 Lines at the Top Right of the Page.
