Accessing Client Documents in the Billiyo Caregiver App

Set what client document types are visible from within the Billiyo Caregiver app to give caregivers access to view them.

Quick Notes

  • Client document visibility is granted by set up done within the "Company Settings" > "Client Document Type" page.
  • Billiyo Caregiver app users can only view completed client documents for the document types that have been selected within the "Company Settings" > "Client Document Type" page.
  • Access to viewing a document type can be removed at any time.

 

Selecting What Client Document Types Can Be Viewed

Providing access to client documents requires set up be done within the web portal. 

To set this up, within the left menu navigate to: 

More > Company > Company Settings


Under the "Client Document Type" tab, locate and click into the "Caregiver Client Document" tab in the upper right corner.


Use the "Client Document Type" field that appears above the table to search and select the client document types Billiyo Caregiver app users are allowed to see. 


After making selections, click on the to grant access to the document types.

All client document types that can be viewed by Billiyo Caregiver app users will display within the table.

 

Removing a Client Document Type From Being Viewed

To remove a client document type from visibility within the Billiyo Caregiver app, click on the icon to the right of it within the table.


If a client document type is removed in error, visibility can be given again by selecting the document type within the "Client Document Type" field at the top of the screen and clicking the button after.

 

Caregiver App Experience

Within the Billiyo Caregiver app, users will be able to view completed client documents for the document types that were selected.

To see these documents, the app user should navigate to:

More > Documents


After touching on "Documents", a list of completed documents for the client document types made viewable will display.


Users can change the filter selections to help locate a specific client's documents or adjust the date range by touching on the icon in the upper right corner of the screen.


If a single version of the document type has been completed, upon touching on the document tile the document PDF will display.

If multiple versions of the document type of been completed, upon touching on the document tile a pop-up will appear to display all versions.

Here, the user can touch on the version of the document they'd like to view to open the document PDF.
