Dynamic Reports for Client Documents
Use reporting to audit electronic (digitalized) client documents.

The Archived Document Report
If a document is generated for a client in error by a Billiyo Clinical app user, the app user has the ability to remove the document. To view a history of the documents that have been removed by Billiyo Clinical app users, utilize the "Archived Document Report".
This report is housed within the "Dynamic Reports" page, which can be accessed by clicking here or navigating to:
Reports > Dynamic Report
Click on the button and select:
- Category: Audit and Compliance
- Report: Archived Document Report
- Fields: The fields you'd like to see
- Filters: Any filters you'd like to apply
Once your selections have been made, click on the button to view your report.
Note: If this is a report you'll use often, save it using the
button!
The Document Detail Report
To review when signatures were added to an electronic (digitalized) document, use the "Document Detail Report".
This report is housed within the "Dynamic Reports" page, which can be accessed by clicking here or navigating to:
Reports > Dynamic Report
Click on the button and select:
- Category: Audit and Compliance
- Report: Document Detail Report
- Fields: The fields you'd like to see
- Filters: Signed Date
Once your selections have been made, click on the button to view your report.
Note: If this is a report you'll use often, save it using the
button!
