Caregiver Preferences and Caregiver Matching
Not all Clients and Caregivers are Compatible. Billiyo has created away to Identify the Client and Caregiver Preferences.
To Identify a Potential NON Match we have created Preference Fields for you to Use in Client and Employee Profiles.
Patient Dashboard:
Client Preferences are housed on the Client and Patient dashboard/profile.
And Can also be found and Added in the Employee dashboard/profiles.
Employee Dashboard:
To add an Employee or Client Preference simply Click the Plus Sign.
Here a Drop Down will appear of Preferences that you can add to your Employee's and Client's Profiles.
When a new Preference is added but a Client-Caregiver Connection already exists that conflicts with your newly added Preference we will ask for confirmation. If confirmed Yes, we will insert the new Preference record, update the caregiver unassigned date to today’s date, and make available the Schedules previously assigned to the caregiver that is no longer a match, after today's date.
Make Sure to Reassign the Available schedules to an Available Caregiver.

You can also add remarks to the Preference:
When a Preference exists that does not match the client and employee, you will not be able to search for that employee to be added in the CRM>Client Caregiver>Add Client Caregiver Page.
Additionally, Caregivers that have been Unmatched or Unassigned due to a Preference will be Highlighted within the Client Caregiver>View Client Caregiver Page.
We have also restricted the Schedule creation and Schedule updates based on the Client-Caregiver Connection (Unassigned Date). This change applies to both Skilled and Non-Skilled visits.
If you have made a Mistake or the Client and Caregiver later become compatible, you can delete the Preference by clicking on the Red Trashcan.
