To comply with HIPPA, Billiyo account will automatically log off of Billiyo after 15 minutes of inactivity. To get back into Billiyo, simply renter your user name and password.

Why did Billyo log me out?
In order to maintain HIPAA compliance, you will be automatically logged out of Billiyo if your session remains inactive for 15 minutes.
A "session" starts when your employee logs into Billiyo and it measures how long you employee have been logged into the system. A session becomes inactive when you "sit" on the page without interacting.
If you are actively engaged with Billyo (i.e. clicking on buttons, typing out fields, and searching through page), then your Billiyo session will stay active. However, if you stop using the page, then your session will go inactive.
After 15 minutes of inactivity, your account will be logged out.
Even if you are using other web pages, your session will become inactive if you do not interact with Billiyo.
How do I get back into Billiyo?
After being logged out of Billiyo, you can get back into the system by simply entering your username and password.

Will I loose any progress when my session expires?
No.
When you log back into Billiyo, we will return you to the page you were on when your session when inactive. If you were in the middle of completing a form, then your data entry will not be lost. Instead, we will pull up the form again, complete with all of the information that you already entered.

In other words, when logging back into Billiyo after timing out, you won't miss a step.
