Availability
Managing Employee Availability is a Breeze in Billiyo.
Once an Employee has Requested Time Off, You will receive a Task Notification,
Click on the Task to be Redirected to the Employee Dashboard.

You can approve or Deny the Request from the
Employee Dashboard.
Navigation: Operation> Employee> View Employee
Click the Green Plus Sign.
Click View Employee Dashboard .
At The Bottom of The Page, You will see the Employee Availability Tab.
Click on the Blue Pencil Icon to Approve or Reject the Availability Request.
Click on the Red Trash Can to Delete the Request if it was made in error.
We do not allow both an 'Available' entry and a time-off request at the same time. If an availability record already exists with the type 'Available', an 'Unavailable' entry cannot be added for the same day due to a conflict. In such cases, the back-office staff must edit or delete the existing record.
If the Availability Request is Approved any Existing Schedules for that Caregiver That Day will now become Available Shifts.
Please make sure to Head on over to the Scheduling Page and Assign another Employee.

Availability will be seen by clicking on the Tab at the top Left of the Scheduling Page.
So, if a Caregiver or QP is associated to a Client and they have time off Approved, this will appear in the Client Scheduling Page for the Client that is Assigned to the Employee in the Client Caregiver Connection.
The Employee Availability, if Approved, will also appear in the Employee Scheduling Page for that Employee.
