Quick Notes

  • Non-skilled agencies have access to client profiles. 
  • Within Billiyo we use the term advance directive, however, another name that this information may also be known by is health care directive

Adding an Advance Directive

To add an advance directive, you'll first need to access the client's profile. In the left menu, navigate to:

CRM > Clients > View Clients


After locating the client on this page, click on the to the left of their name and then the button that appears. 


Upon entering the client's profile, scroll down to the bottom of the page to locate the Advance Directive tab and click into it.


Within this tab, click on the above the upper right corner of the table to add a new advance directive.


On the pop-up that appears, fill out the advance directive information. Each advance directive type will have its own set of fields that appear.

Living Will

Medical Power of Attorney
  • Name
  • Phone
  • Remarks
  • Click or drop files to upload
Resuscitation
  • Resuscitation
  • Remarks
  • Click or drop files to upload
Financial Power of Attorney
  • Name

State Specific Form(s)
  • Remarks

After filling out the advance directive information, click on the button to add it.

 


Viewing Advance Directives

Within the table that appears under the advance directive tab within a client's profile, any advance directive information that has been added for the client will appear.


Any attachments that were included can be viewed by clicking on the file name under the Attachment column heading.

 


Editing an Advance Directive

If you need to make edits to an advance directive that was added, click on the to the left of the advance directive line in the table.

Then, click on the button. 

Upon doing so, the same pop-up that displayed when adding an advance directive will appear. Edit any of the fields that you need.


Once edits have been made, click on the   button to update the advance directive.


Deleting an Advance Directive

If you need to delete an advance directive that was added, click on the to the left of the advance directive line in the table.

Then, click on the button that appears.

On the confirmation pop-up that appears, click on the button.
