Add & View Documents in the Adult Day Care App

Learn how to add and view patient documents in the Billiyo for Adult Day Care mobile app.

Quick Notes

  • Documents can only be uploaded via the Billiyo for Adult Day Care mobile app or via the Billiyo Web Portal. 
  • Make sure that you are on the latest Version of the app to ensure you are seeing the latest enhancements and functionality.

 

How to Access and View Documents

In the Adult Day Care mobile app, touch on the tab.

Within this tab, all documents that have been uploaded or completed for the selected patient and timeframe will appear. 

  • Touch on the to change the patient and date range being filtered for.
  • Touch on the  to view the document

 

 

How to Add Documents

To upload a document, first ensure that the document is available on the mobile device being used.

Touch on the to launch the upload screen. Within it, select the document type and use the to select the file to upload. Then, touch on the to save.

The uploaded document should then appear within the documents view, and be tied to the client's profile.
